Boxing techniques and fitness training is a fun and fast way to get a lean sexy body while developing great eye hand coordination as well as overall body coordination and athletic conditioning.

Boxing Training sessions are one-to-one Personal Training sessions with a Pro Trainer.

Approximately 25% to 30% of adult obesity cases begin with childhood (pediatric) obesity. A history of being overweight in childhood that persists into adulthood is associated with more severe complications of obesity later in life.

According to U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) data, today about 15% of children and adolescents can be labeled as having childhood (pediatric) obesity in the U.S. The steadily increasing incidence of childhood (pediatric) obesity raises concern about the health of these youth as they approach adulthood. What used to be called Maturity Onset Diabetes is now showing up in teenagers!

Some research suggests that the increased incidence of obesity in children and adolescents stems from a number of factors, including lack of physical activity, sedentary behavior, heredity, socioeconomic status, eating habits, environmental factors and underlying genetic, hormonal(hypothyroidism, thyroid disease) and metabolic syndromes or conditions.

Over the past 20 years, the proportion of overweight children ages six through 11 has increased more than 100% and the rate for adolescents ages 12 through 19 has increased 160% in the past 2 years!
